MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) All donations made through the Roots Foundation are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact the Roots Foundation immediately if there are justifying reasons or circumstances for refund and your case may be reviewed on a best effort basis and decision of the Roots Foundation will be final.
2) You agree to act in a responsible and legal manner when using the
Roots Foundation Services.
3) You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules and undertake not to use the Roots Foundation Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner which is likely to cause harm or offense any other user including the Roots Foundation.
4) By becoming a member of the Roots Foundation, you are entitled to be a part of all the services and activities conducted by the organization, however, the members are not authorized to undertake any managerial positions or interfere in the management decisions.
5) Members are not entitled to enquire or interfere in any of the decisions/information pertaining to the financial affairs of the organization.
6) Subject to participation benefits are TSquare Group of Hospitals.
