Documenting the Last Living Storytellers of Kutch

Our field team returns with over 40 hours of newly recorded oral epics and community histories from the Rann.

For three weeks our field team travelled across seventeen villages of the Kutch region, recording the last practitioners of the Vahi tradition. Working closely with community elders, we captured over forty hours of previously undocumented material.
